Reo Stevens Joins Cabrinha
Cabrinha is pleased to announce the addition of Reo Stevens to our international team. Born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, Reo brings with him a wealth of talent and experience in wind and waves which puts him in line with our diversely talented international team. Stevens says "I'm absolutely stoked to be brought on board with the Cabrinha team! I've always admired Cabrinha's forward thinking and openness to new, innovating ideas. To be involved with such a rider driven company has really fueled my motivation in helping to create the highest standard of wave specific products as well as pushing the limits of wave riding with a kite."

Going down with a crunch at the CWC Wind or no wind jam in the Philippines this December, our favorite kite girl heads to the hospital. As fate would have it Susi Mai came out of the MRI with news she has a fully torn ACL and lateral meniscus. The good news is, she has already had an operation and physical therapy is underway. During her down time she has kept busy and launched and is keeping us entertained with episode 9 of Sessions with Susi. Where she embarks on a road trip in the good old USA.

Gaujiru Round the Island
November 20th 2010 - Guajiru Round the Island Race & Party was held at Ilha do Guajiru, the Flatwatersea! With a wide range of participants, from countries of all over the world. The course was exhausting, and the kiters were really challenged by it's length: Starting at Praia da Barra, upwind to Casa da Bruxa, back downwind, running 3 minutes over the Dunes, downwind over the Sea, then upwind back to Casa da Bruxa, and then downwind to the finish! Congratulation Victor Adamo of BRAZIL CABRINHA
