Cabrinha rider David Hastilow took top honours at the UK's first Park Jam event. Powered by the new Swtichblade IDS, he took full advantage of the kickers and sliders that had been built.

For the third time in a row, Cabrinha rider Alberto Rondina took kiteboardings Italian championship!
The first stop was in Puglia, south of Italy. Then on to his homespot Vela Clubmarano in Riccione. The final was in Sardinia where riders competed both in freestyle and course-Racing and Alberto got 1st in both.
Next event for Alberto wil be "Ogni Santi" for the first of November in Sicily.

Although Rob Douglas was .03 behind the world record, all three of the top competitors should be commended for breaking the 50 knot barrier. Rob posted a final time of 50.54 knots on a production Crossbow kite with a modified bridle. Cabrinha distributor, Grant Ross, also posted an amazing time of 48.79 knots, placing him as the 8th fastest sailor in the world.
